    Listening

    Listening
    As I press my ear
    To your chest
To feel it as I get closer
    Rising and sinking
    Hearing your heart
    Beating your passion
    Your love
    Your thoughts through your soul

    Listening
    To you breath
    Listening to gods breath
    Inhaled by your lungs
    Feeling your heart
    Feeling your skin
    Up against my head

    Listening
    To your life
To see the glitter in your eyes
    To know you are alive
    To know you are there
    Thinking of me
    My love
    For you

    Listening
    To your heart
    As it pumps
    As I feel your love
As you touch the side of my face

    Listening
    To the words
    Those sacred words
That you do not say to everyone
    Those beautiful words

    I do

yes, i can see. that's a great feeling to have. im hoping i havent lost the motivation to recognize those feelings

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
