The light cascades from my eyes like a waterfall flowing
Creating a beautiful silhouette where my mind feels like going
But where does it take me as I explore the vast world around me
Knowing I am just a human with limitations that will hinder thee

My life is meant for more even though I may fail when trying
This is not the end of me, so I must stay positive and start flying
To rise to new heights that can take me places that I’ve never seen
I want to feel the breathe of love and be restored with a heart that’s clean

A child-like spirit is what it takes to soar above the standards at stake
Don’t live outside the boundaries of light and portray yourself as a fake
This world sees through this glass heart of yours that is ready to shatter
So hold onto something eternal and find faith in what really does matter

A pinhole of light will push through the storm clouds to overcome the odds
Were pressured to believe there is more than one way to heaven with other Gods
We struggle to focus and celebrate truth in a God who separated day and night
We search in so many places only to find more dead-ends and lose our sight

The world is a thorn that pierces like nails that were embedded into a man
A Messiah who defied the laws of nature by being raised back to life so all can
Enter the Celestial Kingdom that awaits our soul when our lives have ceased
Will you question your eternal fate in the final days or have you been released?

We carry so much weight that we want to remove but with no will to control
Your stuck fighting these deep thoughts inside your mind that begin to roll
Has nobody ever told you that your sins can be lifted and completely erased
Sacrifice of a Savior who took it all with the greatest love that he embraced

You tried all you knew to find the light but you were always one step away
Your heart finally resolved the problem and you now understand what to say
The search is finally over and salvation has been rooted inside your heart
You faithfully accepted the best decision so you could have a brand new start

So let the world witness a positive, outgoing spirit that is not afraid to stand
Against an angry crowd of mockers, liars, and selfish, greedy hands
For we are called by Christ to be humble servants in any coming situation
Be a character that is noble, truthful, and respectful to a dying nation
