    Lonely

once again I find myself lonely. Only this time in my life I'm no ones wife. My loneliness comes from what I hide. The real things that's on the inside. I can not blame anyone for my pain, becauses this is something I have to change. I live my life on other's ambitions, not focusing on what I'm really missing. If I need time spent with me every now and then, then maybe I need to have that special friend. Someone to go out with to laugh and have fun and when the nights over it's all finished an done. When I see them again it's more of the same, no pointing fingers no passing the blame. Friendship is something that's very important, there are different kinds and different levels of Love. Some are there just to listen, some are there to give whats missing. Some stay for the rest of your life, sometime you call them husband or wife. When making these choices, pay close attention from the start, so you are not left writing poems of a lonely heart.

I thought I had read and commented on this before but it's still great. Everyword you say is true and the fact that you are facing the truth within yourself speaks volumes. Go out and find that special friend because you are cheating yourself.

Lonliness is the worst, especially if we cannot live with ourselves within ourselves.....we all need to find forgiveness for others but also for ourselves ,,,very nice ending

Nice Write and yes sometimes loneliness is not all bad, but a time to recharge and regenerate our life's true desires which is a journey with many characters some we throw away and others we keep and yet in still others find us, even when we are not actively looking...Thanks for sharing!

Your poem is very affecting, swashington. I'll only say this about the theme; If we dwell in a room full of dark objects, what will we then have to choose from?

Thank you very much for the comment its good to have someone read.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
