    Poem Commentary

    i wrote this last year when i was in love with a man that worked so hard....

    Loney Vampire
    with all the people around
    you'd think i wasn't so alone
    inside
    the heaviness of my thy heart
    which lay in thy breast
    all the noise and confusion
    thou'd think thy wasn't happy
    but the feelings are so
    complexed it's hard to say
    which is best
    and thou would think
    the chill in the air
    would keep thy skin cold
    but the sun beams
    brightly as i sit
    by this river
    and await
    the sun's nobel power
    to turn me to ash
    which i all but deserve
    no, maybe not deserve
    but need
    so this vampire may
    finally rest....in peace

    what's with all the thy's? you know that means your, right? Thou is you and thy is your. When I read it without all of that, it is a lovely poem.
