    Ripped from the pages of my journal: I wrote this poem ages ago but yet its still fresh in my mind

    Look What America Has Done For Me



    Stole my forefathers from their rightful lands

    Raped me of my bequest

    Forced to work the fields with their backs bent to the blistering sun;

     with over worked hands

    After all they done for you,

    HATRED;

    Still there's no rest

    They were the second persons to die for my freedom,

    Still I feel I'm not free

    To this I say

    "Look what America has done for me".

    excellent i really like this one too, nothing but truth in this, a country built off slave labor, but yet is the land of the free. yeah i agree with deepy too that an very interesting point.

    Funny how we're in a reccession when this country got such a free jump start on it's economy. Free slave labor, railroads built for free..........and everything overpriced nowadays anyway. hahahah yet somehow we broke. Good to see you not forgetting where we come from.
