Losing Hold of the Mind

Poem Commentary

Just an inside look into the fragmented thoughts which make me feel like I'm losing my mind.

Losing Hold of the Mind

Think thinking
Why are you thinking
Thoughts of no good
Stop thinking stop stop
Third floor? Fourth floor?
What floor? Thinking
Stop thinking
Crazy, why are you crazy?
At the end, fourth floor
What does wind sound like
From the fourth floor?
Stop crazy stop
Stop stop stop stop
Not again, stop repeating
Jumpy twitchy crazy
Stop it
No thoughts no
Imagination stop crazy
Ha! Brain, crazy brain
Ground, cozy ground?
Probably not, hard ground
Crazy crazy crazy
So many words
Fragmented, why why?

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
