    lost
    time and time agian
    i try and fall
    i want to work so hard
    but every fall feels so extreme to me
    it feels like it ruins everything
    i beat myself up thinking each time i should have known
    all it does is make it worse to get back up
    people offer me there hand and i seem to smack it away
    i fear to much getting to close to those who love me
    even the ones i love back
    i feel like a deases
    one that sprends through your heart
    makes it so you just want to hate everything
    like all i know to do is hurt and destroy love
    why cant i stop the pain i cause
    why cant i stop my own pain
    help me
    help me stop the confusion
    this world is to much
    let me runaway
    i need to stop clinging so hard

    i feel your pain. i too am going through a lost relationship. sometimes i dont feel like getting back up. sometimes i would just like to forget about relationships. its not an easy decision, but i do know that i have to keep breathing. i know not what tomorrow brings, perhaps hope, perhaps love. great write amber!!
