    Love

    Not enough words.
There are not enough words to describe.
    To speak of the feeling.
    The feeling
    that you cannot explain.
    Everyone knows it.
Yet no one can explain it perfectly.
It is a warm cup of coffee,
    and snuggling under the covers.
It is the rush of a warm breeze,
and a huge bout of hiccups.
    It is the worst anxiety,
and the most inner form of calmness.
It is as light as a feather,
and you carry the weight of the world.
It is before a big test,
    and soon after the A+.
It is a thick sweep of eyeliner,
    and a steaming bath.
    It is sensual and erotic,
and it is innocent and childlike.
    It is everything,
    and it is nothing.
    No words to depict it.

    Love.

This came from the mind of a 12 yr old?????????? Amazing.....absolutely amazing. You're a wonderful poet, honey. And you're only gonna get better with time, which means you'll be unbelievable by the time you're 20.

hahaha thanks * blushes* cant wait for that then.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
