    Love's Bite

     How many of us have felt love's bite,
    Felt alone night after night,
    Cried to the one who has left us behind,
    Repeatedly giving our love that is so blind,
    Reaching out to someone to cure the agonizing ache,
    No one being able to sooth our heart break,
    Emptiness filling our heart with black,
    Being full of rage and hurt wanting to go back,
    To a time when we were surrounded by love,
    Believing we could have everything we were day dreaming of,
    Only to be awaken to reality's cold fate,
    The one we love only feels hate.

    Wow.... yes I can relate. You do a great job capturing the aspect of broken relationships and broken hearts. Very good.

    it is bitter and cold,but can't hide feelings,they do need to come out,and what better what to get the point acrossed,sometimes you have to be a little and cold to make people realize and understand just how much they hurt you. and emotions do come in all varities.
