    Poem Commentary

    The lost 'note' and the 'fountain of youth' are things that have been searched for, but when you find the "perfect" lover it is worth shareing!  I never went into detail about eye, hair color ect. as I thought you may have this person in your life as well and you fill in the small details.  True happiness is being loved and returning it more than you recieve.  I hope all who read my poem have witnessed this kind of love.  -satch

    Loves Choice

    In life there is a special gift that is beyond compare;
    That is the very catalyst, of the reason that we are here.
    It invades our thinking moments and can captivate our mind,
    That person that we cherish crawls up and down your spine.
    To dream imaginations is not a thing that I should care
    For when I think aboutr her, she is always there.
    I could search throughout the universe and return in complete dispair;
    Her likeness just cannot be found, on earth, nor anywhere.
    If you took the very loveliest of things and rolled them into one,
    Then add the joy of living life and the things you feel are fun;
    You could only get a glimpse, of the feelings I have found,
    To feel her touch, to hear her voice, whenever she's around.
    A bird may warble and sing its' song, in melodious harmonies;
    When hearing her voice, it has no choice, but only try to please.
    Her eyes are like the depths of dreams that float your heart away;
    Destined to be near her, always, is where I want to stay.
    When she speaks those soft tender words, audible to my ears,
    I am engulfed in rapture that possesses all my years.
    To hold her softly in my arms and feel her lovely charm;
    She simply moves inside of me, as if I had no arms.
    Your heart will simply melt away, it does not have a choice;
    Her gentle touch, is just too much, and then you hear her voice.
    Whenever we melt together, all else, just disappears,
    For nothing else then matters, the least of which is fear.
    One of the things that pricks my mind;  something I cannot hide,
    I just feel so unworthy, to lie here by her side.
    All I have to offer her, and certainly not, my wealth,
    But I will always care for her, maintaining her good health.
    I can see the future days ahead, filled with love and bliss,
    To always have her soft embrace, and feel her tender kiss.
    The lips so sweet, that things compared, won't even have a chance.
    Wine, roses, and sugar, and stuff, just can't replace romance.
    The sensuous smile and marvelous lips and the quickness of her tongue,
    Are the simple pleasures beyond measure, that can make you numb.
    With a body, formed in perfection, for only my eyes to see,
    Every aspect of her shapely form, is, in perfect harmony,
    No other love can enter my mind, she's my solace and my peace,
    I've achieved the desire of love in life, my goal, it has been reached!

    briliantly written. a great read all in all. nice way of wording, good find.

    Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
