    I’ve become lost in the masses,
    I’ve become just another one of them.
    A product made in China.
    A doll that just sits there,
    Pull my string.
    Hear my preprogrammed words,
    I’m not real.
    I don’t belong here,
    Stuck high on a shelf.
    I can’t think,
    There’s this chip.
    I’ve lost myself,
    I’ve lost myself.
    I’ve become lost in the masses,
    Why am I any different?
    WHY should I be?
    A product made in China,
    I’ve become lost in the masses.
    A Replica,
    A Copy,
    A Clone.
    Made in China.

    chalkout, an interesting take on mass produced products and how commercialism drives the masses to them. A very worthy topic to satirize. I think this is superb. Ginga

    I remember feeling like this at one point in my life. After so many years of fitting the mold, one day it didn't fit me anymore. We spend the first half of our lives trying to fit in, and the second half trying to stand out. (fortune cookie) lol!!
