It's time to stop crying from the inside, 
   The healing can't creep inside,
when you're building walls. 

You can do better than what you let on,
   could you think of something else besides gain?
change your heart instead of your head?

Your problems aren't the script for the whole world to know,
      working out your issues should come as a blessing,
it would leave less misunderstanding.

If embarrassment is doing the driving,
   then nobody really wins, do they?
honesty should fuel the campaigning.

you should be able to trust some of the people
  you grew up with...
The world wasn't this cold...

There are so many pretty things for you to still behold,
   you not too bad to be forgiven.
Clean up the life that you're living.

Once you face those few demons,
    what will keep your inner scar from healing?
You took the first step, you're almost there.
