    Poem Commentary

    RIP Ed McMahon

    McMahon

    Another giant has gone today
    Rising up and flown away
Newer generation will have to fight
In order to keep up with this man so bright
Carson was his boss you see
Star search was were he found some glee
Bloopers was what he did the best
Made everyone laugh just like the rest

    Another giant has gone today
Goodbye sweet giant I hope to see you again someday

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
