    Melancholy Cure

    Melancholy Cure

     

    Within the depths of the psyche dwells a living nerve.

    When touched upon, pain is metaphoric changing to rearrange mood.

     

    Don’t close the mind, open the throbbing center of emotion.

    Flowing through is a euphoria; when the breath of life is slowed much is revealed.

     

    Self realization uplifts our downs.

    It’s a narcotic spring that brings us relief.

    The drug is control; the dosage should exceed the size of the seed that grows to destroy the soul.

     

    The disease will only cease when cured by the heart.

    Depression then becomes benign; in that it is dying

    brought to an emphatic death by what else – the ability to once again create happiness from within.

     

    As the dispair disappates, a smile appears.

    Painted with the hue of confidence on a canvas once torn with sadness; mended only by one's own inward strength.

     

    Stress morbidly kills... While a strong will survives!

    Very nice. Question though, what if one puts all happiness dependent on a future, then finds after trying for 20 yrs that that future can never be. Any suggestions? Because to me then life is just existing day after day and trying to live a life I have made and cannot happily live. Great work and i think it could help many people. Write on...

    Keep the faith in yourself always - know when to devote more and know too when you have given your all that is good enough and all that you can be is all that you are! Be positive - that is self perfection!!

    This is brilliantly thought out, and oh so true. When deep in the depths of depression, it is hard to reach inside to find some glimmer of light... so I look up to the One I know can restore my joy. Thnaks for an awesome write.

    sometimes we must stop revive survive and simply start again. sometimes its wise to conclude before writing conclusive ends that come to be far from the state of emotion one arrives at that true and calm and endured the storm and is without regret and sometimes is best not to let the pen be a weapon but be an inspiration. strength is needed to see truth through the lies and misconceptions and to follow it through to be true to every side when the story must unfold,
