I feel CRAZY!!!
All over the place
Can't keep my mind in
One spot
Jumping, skipping
I can see through
My skin
The energy buzzes
In my teeth
Hands, body, cells
Shaking
Colors
Vibrance
Movement in the air
Shimmers, quivers
Pulses, twinkles
Warps, shivers
ALIVE
I FEEL ALIVE
Something is happening
Within my heart
And something is melting
Exposing these nerves
This frozen place in me
That is thawing and producing
The chaos and disorder
Heightened state of sensitivity
Feeling these things
Instead of floating
Just outside of them
I feel NUTS
Yet something more expanded in me,
My greater perspective,
My Higher Self,
Feels hopeful and brave
And says,
"Bring on the madness,
Because I will tromp right through it!
I will march right into the fire
Because I know freedom awaits me
On the other side!
And the freedom inspires me
More than the fear paralyzes me,
Therefore I shall not be defeated.
I shall thrive brilliantly."
This is partly anger that
I am feeling
AND FOR ONCE IN
MY GODDAMNED LIFE I AM
IDENTIFYING WITH IT!!!
I AM WORTHY OF ANGER!!!!
