    Metamorphosis

    You can change my state,
    You can change my name
    But whatever you do, don't
    Leave me the same
    Way that you found me,
    Just surround me inside
    A sea of grace and mercy
    As I emerge from this
    Deep and boundless pool-
    Salvation and Light, secret tools
    To the finished product for
    The whole world to see,
    A brand-new invention that can
    Defy the gravity of life and death,
    An invention electrifying to take
    Your last breath and make you
    Speechless, sense-less and star-eyed,
    Defining a new star in the sky,
    Away on silver wings, You fly,
    Never to be seen again.
