    misfits or misunderstood

the world can only be so cruel
    to those who are misunderstood
and do not fit in with the rest of us
to them the world is unkind
    and meanings for such cruelty
    is left completely unknown
many things will not make much sense
for that is the way life works
    no matter who you are
we are all misunderstood for those
in which we think we know
are we all misfits in this world
or are all of us just simply misunderstood
but mabey there is a different reason
for the things that happen to us
as we travel along the path laid before
our feet for us to follow
    so are we all misfits
or are we all just simply misunderstood?

Good question. I think we are all misunderstood, everyone has a story. I believe you should never judge someone especially if you dont know them. Good poem

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
