    Mistress of the Dark

    I stand before you elegant and hypnotic

    Blanketed in sorrow and angst

    Embracing the darkness around you

     

    And before the warm breath of dawn

    Rises to unlock the doors of endless night

    I will prove my worth to you

    As your mistress of the dark

     

    As my voice ripples across your body

    I will soothe you with whispered lies

    Pouring from my venom coated lips

     

    I will let the shadows surround us

    As I guide you through the corpse filled halls

    Of your crimson colored milieu

     

    I will mold my body around yours

    Cradling your decaying soul

    As I teach you the dance of the dead

     

    And while I hold you close against my chest

    And coat your lips with demon’s breath

    I will hear you declare me

    Your mistress of the dark
