Ms. Lady

Lets not mistake this, It's more that physical attraction I feel or see when I think of your presence.  The essence of a Queen Ms. Lady is what you're projecting.  The decisions and misguidances of our past can sometimes have us look at life through jaded glass. But to close the shades on the windows of love, will definitely leave us to live in a dark and gloomy world.  But you girl, inspire a fire in me that I can't escape. Knew what I wanted at first sight, but had too much uneccassarries on my plate.

looking at the sun dance splendid moves about you, puts me in a rhythm that I believe your melody to be the groove.  Strong woman, deserves to be honored, Pleased to meet you and no, you'll never have to wonder or ponder where we're at. Just waiting for the light of green to intertwine our lives and become an everlasting balancing act. I got yours and you got my back. The past is the past and I'm comfortable with that. As a matter of fact; our past endeavors define our character and I'll never judge you no matter the weather. Standing firm together, I know it may be hard to fathom, but acceptance and understanding are a couple of guides to longevity. Happier,
positive days in front of me, feels good thinking about spending them with you: Ms. Lady!

I really liked this poem. The second half was a little harder to fathom than the first, but i like the way you wrote it. The first part is what really caught my attention. If this was written about somebody I can tell you really like them.

thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my work. Glad you could digg it.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
