My 1 True Friend
When you came into my life,
you were just a look alike,
you looked like a foe at times,
a foe who was once a friend of mine,
the foe was a best friend of the past,
but time showed me things don't last,
you taught me that even if you look alike,
that didn't mean you act alike,
I wonder how can two who look so alike,
be as different as day to night,
you showed me you'd be the friend,
that would finally help my heart to mend,
if I could say something to you,
I would say,
Thank You,
for being ,
my one true friend.
