    My Amazing Wife

You light up the room when you walk through the door
Your smile widens and no one can take their eyes off you.
Your beauty goes deeper than mere layers skin
I cannot believe you are on my arm

Your confidence is obvious as you master the room
I watch as the crowd waits patiently for a turn
And you give each one as if they were the same
And you smile at me and I know you are mine

I found my soul mate, how lucky can I be
She danced by my side and never left me
She is everything that any man can desire
She burns from within a passionate fire

You politely excuse and head towards me
With your smile and your eyes focused on me
Everyone around feels the love that we share
As I wrap my arms around you and know we are one

The pain that I feel will shortly be gone
For the love that we share is stronger than that
And in forty years time that will seem like a bump
That we hurdled and mastered with only one thought

And that thought is forever being with you
And loving and holding and being there
And sharing my innermost thoughts and desires
And watching you listen and sharing my dreams

I will love you forever with all of my heart
I will love you to the end and right from the start
I will love you more with each day that is gone
I will love you more for you are the one

Once again as she smiles I can’t help myself
The widening lips revealing her innermost joy
I melt when I see her and cannot imagine life alone
She completes me and us and everything I have ever wanted

I love you very, very much.

Hi Wanker ~ It sounds like you are really inspired by the love of your wife. I hope that she realizes how much power she has, and uses it wisely. Sincerely, Lena Marie

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
