Poem Commentary

Tell me, could I be your tragady?

My Demons

Fates twisted souls before,
but not like mine.
You can see it, can't you?
Tell me, could I be your tragady?
This girl breeds hate in her veins,
I am cold, but I won't hurt you,
my demons are not misplaced.
Though I cannot control these devastations,
they are mine, and I am consumed by them.

(Though I cannot control these devastations, they are mine, and I am consumed by them) - Like the day and night. Harmonic animosity. Ah why oh why does torment hurt so but it makes for such great poetics...

Very intense and well written. You manage to say so much in so few words. We all have our demons that can consume us if we let them. Our demons can leave us devastated, but should we let them? I love the dark poetry. Beautifully done.

A self analysis of a write relating one's chosen possessions. One falls down and one gets up. Certainly there are several paths you decided to not walk to walk this one. I always say and think to explore, expand, and keep one's options open.

Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
