My Flame

My Flame

Anger does not suit me
But it is the rage inside of me
that keeps the flame ignited

The drama that surpasses
and political disputes
are those of which children are fond of

The anguish, and lost lust
revived in others
Their thirst for the gods nectar

And their playful remedies
And pointless games
Drown the sorrows of the flame

My flame

I especially enjoyed the opening stanza, it se t the stage for the rest of the poem. 10 from me.

Poetry is what gets lost in translation.
