Thoughts race… and scare you in dreams
I’ve had so many… or so it seems
I’ve lost you at a gas station running as fast as I could after a van
When I had a Z28 waiting, my feet did not withstand
Seen you set up by a cult while they sent me to watch at a distance
As they took my baby from her very existence.
I’ve had these dreams too, if you don’t know it’s real
So hear me out hon, this is how I feel
I would jump in front of a car to save your life
I’ll stay in a hospital 5 days until they make you right
I’ll fight with the school when they say you missed too many days
I’ll tell them to go to hell, cause you’re an honor roll student that should be praised
I’ll send you to school when you feel sick
I’ll be told I’m a bad mother by some bitch.
I’ll get a letter saying social services is reviewing you
I take care of my baby do you have one? Do you?
