My light, My love, My life
The day drifts by so slowly, turning into nightHolding onto the day for dear life
For letting the darkness in would mean death!
For all of the creepy creatures that hide underneath your bed
Are waiting watching wanting to be fed.
To feed on your fears
Your sadness and your tears.
Your fear though you may not notice it, could melt away
with one final kiss..
The kiss you gave me saves me from the night.
For try as I might
Away from the darkness I fight
Fight to try and stay in the light
The light that I gravitate twards is you
You are the light I want to stay
To never leave though you may..
To be with.. Forever.
