My Poetry
Thoughts are flowing in my mind...actually overtaking my mind
Working its way out to find rest, find peace.
I don't understand why our hearts hold on to the hurt inside...
It sneaks its way in trying to find, a comfortable place to sleep.
Again,
My body begins to shiver, shake, tremble.
Keeping me alive...
I find a paper and pen.
These words have a meaning when I put it all together
in perfect vocabulary, experiencing harmony
In the deepest and most creative way.
I can make you groove to your favorite love song
Make you feel like you're in la la land and then some.
If you would just take the time and get to know me,
I promise this bond that we have, will always be there.
I will lay your head down and make you feel emotions
that you never knew existed.
I skim scrabble with my words
I scribble doodle with my pen,
Thinking that with my life's purpose
this piece might fall into the right hands...
and possibly save a life.
I live through words...
Tongue swirls in my mouth,
Pushing and fighting it's way out,
Spittin rhymes of intoxicating moments,
Flourishing this love that will leave you breathless...
Its timeless.
You know,
that unconditional love making
When I see into your eyes and you're peering through mine,
trying to figure out my soul.
Now, I see you're feeling this...
You're examining freely, just watching how my body is luxurious...
heart becomes speechless, in an intensifying way.
Im programmed to be "just" for you...
be the head leader but at the same time, follow your every move.
I guess what I'm trying to say, is that I love you..
