Net of Confusion

Net of Confusion

Longing to be the best of friends yet afraid to say a word
Walking on egg shells with every action taken
Showing sweet smiles and hugs that are meant truly in every way
Being replaced by others and not know what to say
Saying a word might upset the net

Passing words from one to another and not meaning to let it happen
Seap through like oil through paper
Nasty accusations and only wanting to be a friend
A friend and loyal sister
But still being replaced by others and not knowing why

Tears of confusion let through my skin
Not knowing what to do and where to turn to
Want to let it all go but keep the friendship alive
Not understanding what needs to be done or if apologies are in order
Pulling my hair out and screaming to the sky
Ready to take it all in and piss it out never to see if again
Friendship is built on stone and motar not egg shells

Keeping my mouth shut about everything and anything is all that can be done
Whether its a hello or I love you
