NEVER MISS A CHANCE
Never miss a chance to help someone! You could actually be somebody’s angel!
Many times we are in situations when we get the urge to help someone and we either
do it or let our minds talk us out of it. You may never know how much you can change someone’s life with just a simple act of kindness. Opening a door, giving someone money for a cup of coffee or a phone call or helping someone up when they have fallen. Acting on the urge to help someone could be God telling you to step up and be somebody’s angel!
I encourage you to act in kindness at all times. Act on those urges and refuse todismiss them. It always feels good to help, for both you and the person you are helping.
The following poem is a true story about this very subject. This actually happened onenight. The importance of this is to listen to God when He says to help, because youmay be next to be someone’s angel! You could bless someone, as well as get blessedyourself.
STRANGER ANGEL
They were
A family of four,
There were parents
A little boy and girl.
They had no wheels
To get around,
They were struggling
But heaven bound.
The little boy was two and
Had just learned to crawl,
But couldn’t go far
Or he would fall.
They had their problems
But worked very hard,
They were a family of love
You could tell by their hearts.
To get anywhere
They all had to walk,
The little one pushed in a stroller
Was unable to talk.
Their angel appeared
One night as a stranger,
They could honestly see
There was no danger.
Faced with a 5 mile walk
To their home,
Rain pouring down
All four of them alone.
A woman watched
As they wrapped their kids up in trash bags,
A pain shot through her
Like nothing she’d ever had.
God spoke up inside her
Said you be their angel tonight,
So the rain, wind and cold
They won’t have to fight.

The lady paid for them a cab that night. They were so thankful and shocked, that they
all began to cry, including their ANGEL.
“God, we praise you and thank you for the angels among us to help with our lives when
we need them most. In Jesus Name, Amen!
Thank you,
