    Never Thought

    I never thought I would cry for him.
    I thoughtit would be easy to rid him from my mind.
    It wasn't.

    I never thought I would fight for him.
    I thought everything would be fine.
    It wasn't.

    Thought I wouldn't loose him.
    Thought he would stay and be mine.
    Forever was wrong to think.

    I wouldn't stop to think. . .
    That all of this would happen . . .
    And then he left for a better place.

    Never did think it would cause so much pain.
    Painful to remeber him.
    Painful to even to think of him now.
