Night Music

    Night Music

    In darkness – you
    finally sleep – breathing
    softly playing counterpoint
    against my rumbling snore
    A bit of night music…

    Our breath – soul keepers
    Entwine with naked limbs
    And cool flesh
    Made golden by the moonlight

Very touching! Herein your chosen few, but masterful play of words resounds the essence of pure poetry. The beauty of your poem transcends words. I concur with dalusion and margiekirwin. Thank you for sharing.

A perfect example of a perfect poem. Screw the rating system, this is a winner from top to bottom, limb to limb.
