    NightDragon

    NightDragon

Off we go into the night.

Here we go on a magical flight.

I take you now deep in my mind.

A place forgotten by the sands of time.

Take all the good and all the bad.

Take all the joy and all the sad.

Look inside tell me what do you see?

Is it a Dragon longing to be free?

Maybe its a flower in the warm summer breeze.

This pain you feel has you on your knees.

could it be love if it is even real?

Is it just something you try to conceal?

Falling like snowflakes down to the ground.

All of your dreams turned into a frown.

Can you feel the sand under your feet?

Why does it feel like something so sweet?

Now we will see if you are the one.

I take a deep breath swallow my gum.

All of our feelings love and this hate.

Follow me now As we seal our fate.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
