    Why does this always happen
    Like I'm living in a dream
    You fall in love and start a family
    Then it all falls apart at the seams

    Usually love just fades away
    And then you start to grow apart
    So you build defences for yourself
    Instictivly protecting your heart

    When your defences turn on you
    and you find your heart has turned to stone
    That leaves you with no faith or trust for anyone
    So you wind up all alone

    So open your heart and take a chance
    You may get hurt You might feel pain
    But weather you play or not
    Just remember lifes always a game
