    UPA FORUM CHALLENGE~TRAFFIC

    NO ONE CAN DRIVE
    Red light .. yellow light .. green light .. stop
    Lengthy snake lines
    Interstates .. bridges .. highways closed
    Traffic halted .. everywhere

    Minds some place else
    Than where they should be
    Ladies smearing brightly colored lipstick
    Adjusting their vanity mirrors

    Kids pinching .. crying .. jumping
    Kicking .. screaming .. fighting
    To get a better view

    Eyes transfixed behind sunglasses
    Men aggressively stare .. unabated
    At the female's curves

    Phones attached to ears
    Folks chatting away
    To add ..
    To the mass confusion

    The lights change to green
    Some move .. some stay
    Most everyone ..
    Still firm on the brakes

    A drink and a puff to bide the time
    No warning .. anger sets in
    Road rage bites
    Another mind .. temporarily lost

    A shooter fires randomly
    At close range
    Just because
    No one can drive

    Yeah, again true!!! No one can drive and me being out on the road and driving across country, road rage sets in even more then normal.. The best way to keep from growing old is to run 'em off the road with a big truck or fall asleep at the wheel.. Haha. I would never deliberatly hurt anyone..

    You said it, but then of course you wouldn't deliberately hurt anyone.. just bump them into a ditch (make sure they're ok) and run..Haha!

    Yeah, everywhere i've ever driven there's always someone not paying enough attention to driving, accidents/fatalities will continue.

    Oh yeah, i've been in your state's traffic jams as well as many, many other states traffic jams. Never any fun hanging bumper to bumper .. glad you enjoyed .. SBear

    I hate rush hour, as much as I hate those who don't pay attention... well written... NO TEXTING, I've been run off the hyw by those too many times doing 70 while texting away taking up three lanes... pay attention people... when your behing the wheel - then drive.

    Rush hour anytown, USA is certainly a bummer no matter which town a driver is in .. from the small country town to the big city metropolis. Everyone finds something non related to do while driving! SBear

    The panorama of rush hour... Everyday is different, and every bumper to bumper is the same useless race... change the cars, change the people, change the day... from the moon, you can't tell a bit of difference in the race...
