    nothing absoloutly

a peace comes over me warming the cold soul
I shed the pains of mortal existence
a calm like the eye of the storm engulfs my being
emotions run away with the me that I was

Im transported in every direction at the same time faster than the speed of thought
one with all that is and never was not a glimpse into the darkness that discovered the light
the mourning sun blazed brilliantly emenating from my core
illuminating the secrets of time and space

its fabric unravelled to a single thread folding back and forth to form a veil
and my eyes see the crosses cleary deceptive and the god within me lives out loud
reliving the day that I died was the sweetest of pleasures it measure the soul of a man

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
