    Nothing More But…

    By Wendy Wisdom

Damn… I gave in too soon.

Our relationship like a colorless flower,

Never to be nothing more….never to fully bloom.

The rain falls from my eyes.

I know I was meant to fly…without you.

Wanting you, feening you, desiring you in my life.

I ask myself, is it pure?

Is it  still  alive… why bother…why try?

    Why fool myself?

I know the answer to these questions.

Putting everything I own on this good shit.

Damn, I just need another hit…of you.

Im trying to make it through…without  you.

Trying to feel your spirit, hear your voice, f--k yeah.

Give another screw…anything just to be with you.

My tears are blood filled with lost hopes.

Knowing you will never want me the way I want you.

F--cked this hope up along time ago putting myself out their too soon.

Making my love to you too soon, giving in to you too fast, too soon.

Not knowing my self worth is a precious jewel.

    Something Cherished by God,

My temple, I let you misuse.

Wondering what should I do… a lost hope.

Hide my pain, console my pain with another hit of that dope…you.

Alive with death, no air to breathe,

cause you have breathed all of it.

Wondering will you ever face up and admit

You were with me… not easy for others to see.

    Alive with death, not life,

Please end the strife…in my heart.

My breath breathes away my soul

    Tattered and beatened down.

No one, not you to console…me.

    It finally takes its toll.

My soul longing to flee this heartless world,

Knowing in my heart I will never be nothing more…

Than your plaything…booty call thing… sexed out whore.
