He stitches up wounds by day
Yet puts us in stitches at night
We laugh so hard we pee our pants
When we read what he does write
Now everyone knows of whom I speak

He holds us captive with his charm
His humor does enthrall
He speaks of interesting topics galore
Yet pokes fun and keeps them light
He makes his point eloquently
Never straying far left or right
