    Old Caper


    There was an old man
    Who lived by the date-
    By adding some random numbers,
    He scratched his head and
    States, "Judgement is Coming!"
    All the signs point to 7th!

    "No, the world will end
    May 21, 2011!"

    And when the 21st came,
    The whole world wondered why
    They were still here...Hmmm...
    Maybe, he lied! He lied, He lied!
    That has to be it!
    He took all our money!
    We were all tricked!

    The old man shook his head,
    Settled down for a nap,
    Dusted his old leather cap
    And non-chalantly debated,
    "Oh well, I'm sorry, I miscalculated."
