    One final thought

You took me in, under your wing
That made me happy, it made my heart sing
The unconditional love that I was looking
    for
Was awaiting me as I walked through your
    door
Even though I wasn't always easy to bear
When I needed you, you were always there
You tried to raise me the best you could
For that be proud, you treated me good
So one final thought before you go
There's one last thing I want you to know
I'm sorry Grandpa, for all the pain I've
    caused you
I just want you to know that I love you too!

    I really Like this too.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
