    One Year Since Savannah Left

     One year ago today,
    I held your tiny hand in mine
    so unsure of what was to come
    or if we would have any time
    You came into the world
    only for a brief time
    but touched so many lives
    in which you still shine
    Your butterfly wings
    have spread far and wide
    our souls though
    will forever intertwine.
