    paradigm
    to each, unique perspective
    to each, a solo flight
    for each of us the questions
    that give meaning to this life

    assume there is no answer
    and that there never was
    no reason for our misery
    no justice from above

    imagine the judge is make believe
    the truth you hold, turned lie
    imagine there's no answer
    no how, no when, no why

    imagine all you thought you knew
    about yourself - destroyed
     your brittle, hollow nothingness
    consumed within the void

    don't touch me please
    don't make a sound
    it's all that I can take
    everything I thought I was
    now utterly forsake

    no purpose now for drawing in
    another single breath
    no reason to keep trying
    I'll just sit and wait on death

    oblivion's temptation
    surrender to despair
    it doesn't really matter
    I was never really there

    why fight inevitability
    this ticket goes one way
    I'd just as soon get on with it
    that live on without faith

    separate from everything
    hide inside your mind
    fill it up with fantasy
    pretend this world is kind

    don't bump me, please
    don't crowd my space
    I have no grace to shine
    it seems I was mistaken
    it was all just wasted time

    lost, broken

    alone

    define
    re-align
    paradigm

    there are no answers.

    Hmm................................................................ Nice Poetry scheme, lines of beauty, however, to each of us the power of mind therein lies the Paradigm.

    tender, Emotions come unraveled and numb in this most expert of personal soul searching poems. I find this fantastic, like walking through a warped maze not knowing where to turn for the truth. ginga 10++

    welcome then, Ginga, to my current state of existence :) all these loose ends are quite fun to play with - not so enjoyable to try to tie up though.
