    • To be set free, but locked away in my own cell of fear

    Paralyzed

     I'm stranded in the middle of silence
    Swaying upside down from a rope that's impossible to escape
    Head throbbing
    A warm sensation rivering down my face


    A slight taste of revenge across my lips
    Blood
    My eyes start to close, losing conciousness
    Suddenly I hit the ground


    Light headed and confused
    I try to move but I don't feel a thing
    Trapped and paralyzed
    Helpless


    There's a ghost playing my fate
    Keeping me sucked into this misery
    Got me in a chokehold
    Losing myself again


    Are you happy now?
    You've accomplished demeaning another broken soul
    Contradictions beyond measure
    Hiding behind half open doors


    My eyes are open
    But I don't feel awake
    This has got to be a dream
    A nightmare...


    Unable to break away
    This is new reality
    I'm stranded in the middle of silence
    Trapped and paralyzed
