    personal prison

    My personal prison

    comes from deep inside,

    I owe it all to

    my raging pride,

    As my thoughts

    are slipping out again

    I no longer care or worry

    where you have been,

    The need to erase you

    from my past

    Is calling out to me

    finally at last,

    I would rather be hated

    for who I am

    Than to be loved by one

    like a gentle lamb,

    I write this in

    a sober trance

    Trying to remove you

    from my worldly dance,

    I really don’t want

    to feel your ghost ,

    Today is the day I need

    my strength the most,

    The inner thoughts of today

    are on there way,

    To sculpt out and twist

    away another day,

    So get out of me head

    and leave me for dead,

    I am trying to forget about

    everything you said …..Inkmaster

    wow Ink.... not only the past love needs to disappear with time... but the underlying message I got as well is to keep hate far from the.... no-matter what......

    Red, I had just lost my life after my girl had run off with another...Actually a good thing it happened I am back with the one I Love ..We had not seen each other for five years, but when you add up the time we have been together it totals 12 years..I am happy again my friend..Thanks for the wonderful comments they keep my pencil sharpened....Jeff
