    PMS At My Age


    Normally I'm low keyed and easy to get along with
    But PMS turns me into a bitch and this is not a myth
    Its not something I'm proud to admit but it is the truth
    Even at my age PMS hasn't changed since my youth
    The symptoms I had back then I still experience now
    I wish I could change things but I just don't know how
    I've taken substitute hormones or soy and even kelp
    Everything I've taken for PMS doesn't seem to help
    The only thing that works for me is to be left alone
    That includes avoiding talking over the telephone
    If I happen to cross your path and perhaps even yell
    Don't take it personally since PMS is my personal hell
