Biography

I live in the Myrtle Beach area in South Carolina and the beach with its salt flavor, and endless pulse to the lull of her waves has drawn me forever, speaking to me even as my family vacationed here when I was a child. One would be remiss, however, to overlook the history envoked just in the ageless live oaks dripping with spanish moss, cobbled paths, eerie swamplands and the scent of wisteria in April - abundant in places like Conway, Georgetown...Charleston. Don't overlook it when you visit!

I have written poetry since I can remember, it seems. It is often the only way I can truly express my inner mentality. That is probably true for many of the writers on the site...it's what we do.

I am grateful to have a forum in which I can share, but also to experience the thoughts of like-minded people who share a similar mindset in how they express themselves. Let's face it, not alot of folks use their minds, hearts and spirits in this way anymore - and they often question the stabability of those that do!
