Poetry is more the window to the heart as is the eyes to the soul... "me"
Writing poems for over 30 years. Written some short stories. Married for 27 years. Raised 4 children. God fearing for over 30 years. Motorcycle riding and gun totin'. "Corrections Officer" State of DE.
When I comment on poetry I find that what I say makes up the person that I am. If you find that I have commented on your poetry and then placed what I said here... please take it as a compliment and not a repeated thing... I placed it here as a statement of what I believe and who I am...
I love what persists as deep thought! We see and feel and write what so many can't. We are the "heroes" of the literary world.
A poem is sometimes a concept that we attempt to gather in words to explain how we perceive things so that others may get the just of what we are trying to say...
A poem touches that which can not be touched by the hands... It feels what can not be said and it sees that which is invisible. I write not for those who can but for those that can not... I speak the unspoken and I hear the unsaid...
