A child of the 60's, I was born with the urge to express myself creatively. My family is very talented and creative. I have been around music and other forms of creative self expression all of my life. I have done some acting, singing, writing and rapping (MC'ing for all you old schoolers). I am a director and producer at a local cable access station where I have a show called Pure Kulcha. As the name states, on this show we feature artists of all forms and genres. Singers, dancers, rappers, poets, spoken word, musicians... whatever the artform we'll give them a venue. We have been blessed by artists from as far away as the Diaspora of Africa. I am here on this site to vibe and correspond with other poets. Feel free to read and comment on my works, all of which will be included in my soon to be published book along with short stories, personal quotes & mottos, recipes, original artwork, and other musings.
