Hello to all. I am what most people would call an amateur poet. I started writing when I was around 14 years old. "The Storm" ,which you can find in my poems, was my first poem I wrote. It was the best and easiest way for me to express what I was feeling at the time. I let my family read it and they thought it was good. It felt awesome for me to be able to finally get those feelings out. So since then when I have something on my mind that I just can't express verbally I write it down as a poem. I love writing with all of my heart! It's like a drug for me. I have 18 poems that I wrote to date and I plan to keep adding to that number until I just can't pick up a pencil or I'm six feet under. So please feel free to comment on my poems. I would love to hear feedback from people who are not related to me. PLEASE BE HONEST!!!
