I write some short stories and I write poems about people I am kin to or just know through my passing here on earth. I have 4 poems published and I have been awarded for one of them in Washington D.C. in 2001 in late August just right before the twin towers fell. I enjoy writing poems and writing all together it is away for me to release back with pen and paper. I get inspired by things God has giving me to enjoy and use and have and the people that cross our path during our journey here on earth. Death runs deep right now in my family we have lost about 8 so for in 4 years and I am from a large faimily and it is going to take place ready or not upon our part. I have come to realize as a child that one day I would live to tell a story about who I am and where did I come from and who taught me along the way and it is all coming together now in front of me like yesterday unfolding in front of my eyes. I see my parents struggle of raising their children and my wife and I raising our children and now our children are raising their children. The day is here my friend, wake up for it is your turn to do something about what is left and to come in your life. C Patrick Miller
