I am a health care professional, health department. I am nearing retirement and plan to work fulltime on writing. I love God and all of His children; I really love pets and music. I started writing after many years of requesting proper changes in my jobsite. After accepting a new position I was asked to stop writing letters. Now as a nurse I am always going to maintain an account. I began to redirect my letters of discontent to poems. I have been a member of several poetry sites but I have been very slow to get more involved on this site because of the fall of past sites. Pray with me as I take a higher road on this site. I miss talking to other poets.
