Biography

hello,

I am Robert F. Barber originally from New York City, The South Bronx. I started writing poetry from observations that I made of the world and it's goings on and from my personal life experiences and how it all fits together into one big old ball of, sometime, confusion. I am an artist and it makes perfect sense for me to make mental pictures with words.
I have grown to love to write, but, will only do so when I am inspired by some sort of emotion or event.
I hope that you all will enjoy my posted work, as I know I will enjoy all of your works.

robertbrbr1 07/01/2009: Iknow what you mean! It has changed for the worst and My ass is stuck here to ride it out. You say you would have loved to be a hippy in my day. I would have loved to have been living in the open country. In the hills coming down only to see KITTY in some local Saloon and then retreating back to my place of peace and solitude away from the crazies. Only seeing good poeple and leaving, not to wear out my welcome and seeing them not so often. That way we would always be happy and would have that happy feeling to see each other. That would be great!
